Ingredients:
1 cup Millet Flour
1/2 cup soy flour
1/2 cup corn meal
1 tablespoon aluminum-free baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups water
2 teaspoons canola oil
Serves: 2
Cooking Time: Under 15 minutes
Instructions:
Combine all the dry ingredients in a medium-size bowl. Mix all liquid ingredients in another bowl. Mix liquid ingredients into dry ingredients. Drop by 1/4 cup at a time onto lightly oiled griddle, turning only once. Serve with your favorite fruit.
