Diet Types: Vegan and Sugar Free
Ingredients:
1 cup pitted dates and raisins
1/4 cup walnuts, almonds, pumpkin seeds, or cashews mixes with dried coconut
1/4 cup rolled oats, not instant
1/4 cup cocoa or Carob powder
Serves: 6
Cooking Time: Under 15 minutes
Instructions:
Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until thoroughly combined. The mixture should look like a lumpy paste. With slightly wet hands, roll paste into walnut-sized balls. Place on wax paper on a tray or plate and freeze until firm. Store in baggies in refrigerator for up to 2 week
